Many of our clients prefer to order by mail. There is no electronic trail, no credit card statements, etc. It may be a littler slower, but guarantees your privacy. Here’s some things you should know about ordering by mail:

You can ship your order to any name and address you wish!
- If you are sending it to a shipping service store like The UPS Store, you may be required to show photo ID. Please check with the store first to ensure that there will be no delivery issues.

You do NOT have to provide a phone number or e-mail, but:
- It IS recommended to provide at least one of these methods, in case we need to confirm sizing or shipping information.
- International orders MUST provide a phone number or e-mail address for customs / import declaration.

When ordering by mail, never send cash! Please send a money order for fast and reliable service.
- Money orders are much safer to send in the mail, and they are also insured
- You can send it from any name you wish to use
- You can pay for them in cash if you so choose — the true papertrail-free way to order!
- For the fastest processing, please purchase a United States Postal Service or Canada Post money order. Money orders from other services such as a bank or Western Union may take longer to be processed.
- We are unable to accept cheques of any type.
- Please note that we are unable to cash money orders that are made payable to “The Breast Form Store” or “The BF Store”. All money orders MUST be made payable to our legal company name in order to be processed.

Ordering internationally

I am located overseas. Can I still order from The Breast Form Store?

Yes, you can! We ship almost anywhere in the world!

For the fastest delivery time and the lowest prices, we recommend placing an order with one of our dedicated offices that is closest to you. Simply select the flag that is closest to your geographic area. If you are outside of these regions, select the United States flag to order from our head office location!

Important information for international customers

Please note that any customs charges, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges, as it is something that is charged by your government once the goods enter your country. DHL will contact you for payment prior to or at the time of delivery.

We cannot estimate what this fee may be based on your order, as every country is different.

Some items may need to be ordered first before your order can ship.
We use many warehouse locations across the United States to serve our American clients better. For our Canadian and international clients, all items must be centralized to our head office location before your order will be ready to ship. Please pay extra attention to the item(s) that you order so that you may be aware of any delays at the time of ordering.

We ship ALL international orders using DHL Express services.
Your phone number will be required for delivery, so be prepared to provide this. If you would like your parcel to ship via FedEx, or UPS, please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order. Be prepared: a single pair of breast forms can easily cost $400 or more to ship with a regular (not express) shipping service!

We may request a different payment method.
Some international orders may be required to pay by bank transfer or money order. This is in order to protect your order from potential fraud.

There WILL be customs documents attached to your order.
As required by law, all international orders are required to ship with paperwork for shipping purposes. This is sent digitally to minimize illegitimate access to your information.

For your privacy, we declare all contents of the package as “clothing accessories” for customs documentation for what may be printed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice will reveal the items purchased as required by law. Our legal company name is also included on this invoice.

Your invoice is for customs purposes, and there is no way to ship a package without this documentation. The invoice is to be removed from the package by customs agents as it enters your country. Sometimes countries may request additional information from you on delivery. Please be aware that this is not something we can contro
